Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via Canpar or Canada Post in Canada. For international orders, we will choose Canada Post, UPS, or DHL base on your destination. LAVISHY is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
The shipping costs are based on purchase range:
Order under $10.00, shipping costs $10.00:
Order $10.00~$49.99, shipping costs $15.00:
Order $50.00~$99.99, shipping costs $18.00:
Order $100.00~$199.99, shipping costs $5.00:
Order over $200.00, free shipping.

Return Policy
Request for return authorization for defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise should be made immediately, and no later than 7 days from the invoice
No returns of any kind accepted without prior written or verbal authorization.
Return freight is at customers expense
No credit or adjustment will apply towards product damaged in return shipping due to improper customer procedure.

Taxation
All Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST, maritime customers charged 14% HST as it is a combined provincial and GST tax, and Ontario customers will be charged 8% PST + 5% GST.
International customers will not be charged taxes.
