Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Taxation
All Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST, maritime customers charged 14% HST as it is a combined provincial and GST tax, and Ontario customers will be charged 8% PST + 5% GST.
International customers will not be charged taxes.

What is your return and exchange policy?

   We like to make sure you’re happy with your purchase from LAVISHY online boutique!

   If you are unhappy in any way, please send an email to returns@lavishy.biz stating your order number and the nature of the problem.

   To return an item(s) eligible for return, simply fill out the returns form on the back of the invoice. Send the item(s) in unused condition with tags attached to the following address:

    We will email you when we process your return!
      • Make sure to include the original invoice / returns form. Without it, we will not be able to process your return.
      • Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date. Returns received after 30 days will be returned for store credit only, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
      • Returns received in used condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
   • Shipping is non-refundable, except the shipping error made by us.

Can we distribute your products in my countries/territory?

  First, distributor has different means in different countries.

  If you have one or few stores and want to resell our products at your store(s), we call it wholesale. We do wholesale our products to retailers. Please refer to "do you wholesale" section.

  For us, distributor is a import and wholesale company that will order big quantity of our designs then wholesale in their countries or territories.

  To be qualified as a potential distributor, you need to have established retailer customers. For more information, please contact biz@lavishy.com
